Client Satisfaction

We highly value our clients' time and resources, and we consistently go the extra mile to ensure that everything is delivered to the best of our abilities, prioritizing our clients' satisfaction above all else. Please take a moment to read what our clients have to say below.

How Does It Work

Machine embroidery requires certain steps of preperation to get great results, general rule of thumb, smaller the embroidery text or graphic, harder it is to get clear and high definition stitch out, we encourage our clients to design texts and graphics with few guidlines in mind, in order to achive best results, texts with upper case letters equal or bigger than 5mm is most desired. Second step of the process would be Digitizing. This is the process of converting a Vector(SVG,AI,EPS...) or picture(PNG,JPEG,PDF,PSD...) into embroidery machine, stitch out file, if you do not have a stitch out file, we offer flat rate conversion(Setup) fee . This is one time charge per logo and it will be stored for up to 5 years.

Digitizing Pricing Guide

Embroidery digitizing is the process of converting artwork into a digital file using a software that allows embroidery machines to understand the needle's path. This process is not automated and in fact, great digitizing is considered an artform if done correctly.

Embroidery machines are not able to read the same types of files as your computer can, so you have to digitize your logo in a way that the machines can understand before they can do their job. From a digitizer’s perspective, that usually means taking a JPG or PNG file of a customer’s company logo or artwork and converting into an embroidery file.

Artwork Could be a Photo, Illustration or a drawing, higher resolution better.

Please see our digitizing fee schedule with 3 different sizes and complexities.
